The First Canadian Comedy Hall of Fame Festival

It has been a long wait, 21 years to be exact since we honored Canada's Funniest talents and inducted members into the Hall of Fame. Join us as we celebrate with 3 special comedy events in Toronto November 16th, 17th and 18th.

2022 Festival Gala

This year the Canadian Comedy Hall of Fame in support of Unity Health is proud to present the 2022 Festival Gala from the Imperial Room at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. Join us as Derek Edwards, Gowan, Dave Merheje help honour this years inductees.

This Gala will help build on the tradition that the Hall of Fame started when it it inducted John Candy, Rich Little, The Royal Canadian Air Farce and others some 20 years ago. The Hall's mission has always been to recognize, celebrate, promote and preserve Canadian achievements in Comedy and this induction class represents those core values.

2022 Gala Details

A gala evening featuring musical Guest Gowan. Performances by Canadian Comedy Awards wining comics Dave Marheje and Derek Edwards. Sketches by Women Fully Clothed featuring Jayne Eastwood and Robin Duke. Special Induction ceremony featuring Eric Peterson.

Gala ticket includes - reception and cocktails, dinner and show.
